(H)Arts Conference Agenda

NOT your typical medical conference, our conference-retreat has been designed by physicians and clinicians FOR clinicians, specifically to offer a unique combination of wellness and relaxation with art and self-reflection, to help rejuvenate and combat stress and burnout. To that end, the conference has 8 Core CME Sessions, but much of the other offerings are at your discretion. We encourage you to participate in all our activities, but understand that individuals need time and space to decide for themselves what will help restore them. Each day begins with an opportunity for yoga in the morning, followed by breakfast and our Core Sessions which are finished by lunch. The afternoon is open for you to decide what you want or need to do, although we have many suggestions and offerings for “electives” that we will help arrange for you (even transportation!). We have several evening CME electives that are designed to offer education as well as an amazing art experience in Santa Fe. We have also hand selected a group of exhibitors & consultants that are available for you to visit in the afternoons, at your discretion, to assist with additional life stressors that affect many clinicians. We aim to give you a space for restoration, some fun and pampering, and also insight and tools for whichever future path you decide is yours!

Core Sessions are reserved for physicians and healthcare practitioners, but significant others/friends/partners can join afternoon & evening activities. Registration includes purchase options for additional people.

We do encourage you to find alternative care for children. While we love our little ones, this conference is intended as restorative time for you and as a break from care-taking!

*Refer a friend for $100 rebate!

*Regular registration closes July 6th. Late registration open through August 1, will incur additional fees.

The AAFP has reviewed Clinician (H)Arts & Wellness Conference and deemed it acceptable for up to 20.00 Live AAFP Elective credit(s). Term of Approval is from 08/20/2025 to 08/24/2025. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed credit, not as Category 1.
