“Brew & Haiku” Virtual Workshop
For multiple disciplines, Dr. Peterson offers a virtual introductory Haiku workshop aimed at sharing your favorite “brew” (beer? wine? tea? other?) while learning some basic Narrative Medicine concepts, taking a moment for mindfulness and well-being, and creating your own Haiku! A great and easy way to take a moment for yourself, tap into some art and creativity, and meet a few new people!
Offered regularly throughout the year, our next workshop will be:

Come join us for an evening of food and art and music specifically focused on self-care, reflection, and wellbeing.
Also, a special educational musical program from “Enchantment Winds”, a student wind quartet from the University of New Mexico.
Meet other art, music, food lovers; create some cool art, share stories, take some time for wellness and taking care of yourself; plus cook and enjoy an incredible meal!
