Join us in beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico, a world premier arts destination, for a conference-retreat designed specifically by and for clinicians to combat burn out. We aim to offer physical and mental space to relax, restore, and reset. We use a unique combination of art experiences, narrative medicine, holistic wellness, and peer and leadership coaching to help clinicians restore from burn-out, find work-life integration, and find pathways toward joy and contentment with their work and lives.

The Core Package includes our 8 Core Sessions (16 CME), morning yoga, daily lunch, access to our hand-selected exhibitor-consultants, and plenty of suggestions for how to explore Santa Fe on your own!

If you wish, you may add on afternoon/evening experiences “a la carte” from our list of offered activities if you would like to participate for a single event. We want this conference to be what you need, so you may pick and choose, or opt to do your own thing in the afternoons!

Our Basic Experience package includes our Core Course material (16 hours of CME) as well as breakfast and lunch for four days, access to all art materials for the Core Conference, suggestions and recommendations for Santa Fe experiences, and access to hand-picked consultant-exhibitors. Participants can add-on additional experiences a la carte to tailor the conference to suit their needs. We want you to do what works for you!

Our Full Experience package (recommended) includes our Core Course material (16 hours of CME) and all that is included in the Basic package PLUS three incredible afternoon/evening art and food experiences (additional 2 CME) that help you experience Santa Fe to its upmost. (Subject to change to equivalent venues). Afternoon-evening experiences include:

Thursday — admission to Georgia O’Keefe museum, admission to New Mexico Museum of Contemporary Art, 1h CME and dinner at the Flamenco Tablao at El Farol restaurant including transportation back

Friday — transportation to Ten Thousand Waves Spa, 1.5h tub soak (additional treatments can be arranged), 1h CME and dinner (w/ Sake pairing) at Izanami restaurant, including transportation back

Saturday — transportation to and from Santa Fe Opera for closing night of La Bohème plus outdoor Preview Dinner at the Opera including speaker to introduce the opera (non-CME event).
