(H)Arts in Medicine, LLC is a collaborative educational and consulting group dedicated to promoting holistic health and healing through shared human experiences utilizing the humanities and the arts. Integrating (H)Arts into our lives is essential for all people who give and receive health care.

We believe that humanities and arts are a vital part of our lives and a vital part of our health. We aim to create experiences and spaces that allow examination of our selves, our health narratives, and our relationships with others through experiences with art in all its facets. Narrative Medicine serves as a foundational principle for (H)Arts in Medicine. Sometimes termed “health humanities”, it is an interdisciplinary study of the interaction between the humanities and the arts and medicine and health.
